Children Policy
Children welcome, over 12 at adult rate. Children under 12 occupying a separate room, at single rate (max 2 children). Under 3 free. We do have a cot. Free baby sitting service.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation the following will be charged:

From time of booking: 25% of total amount.

30-8 days prior to arrival: 50% of total amount.

7-0 days prior to arrival or no show: 100% of total cost.
